Finance Manager Large Apartment Community (Fresno)
A very busy Apartment Community is in need of an experienced full time Finanace Manager to perform daily accounting duties. Experience with Yardi system a plus. Ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, get along well with others. Must be confident taking initiatives, work independently, be organized, be a teamplayer, able to handle criticism, trouble shoot and problem-solve, have excellent attention to details and accuracy, planning and organizing daily tasks. We are looking for the following experience. At least 2 years of accounting experience. Yardi system is a plus. At least 5 years Apartment leasing/management experience.
