Eating Disorder Center of Fresno – Nocturnal Position Description Responsibilities: 1. Record client activities and other relevant observations in log book. 2. Assist in various housekeeping and general activities as assigned. 3. Do not allow patients out of rooms after curfew. 4. Listen for movement and investigate during sleeping hours. 5. Conduct frequent periodic checks on clients, and make appropriate log entries. 6. Perform routine safety check of facility, promptly reporting any deficiencies to the Administrative Assistant. 7. Respond to any crisis, or other unusual event, to ensure clients
