On-Site Apartment Manager of Mult-Unit Complex (Fresno)
On-site apartment manager for multi-unit apartment complex. At least 5 years’ experience as an on-site manager. Duties include showing apartments for rent, completing move-in and move-out inspections, handling tenant issues and overall reponsibility for appearance of the grounds. Approximately 30 hours per week required. This is a gated community with pool and covered parking. All apartments are 2 bedroom with some 1 bath and others 2 bath.
