Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory Full Time (exempt) JOB SUMMARY: The Lab Supervisor oversees the Clinical Lab Scientists, Lab Assistants and Phlebotomists. Accountable for all assigned sections of the laboratory including performing lab testing, planning and developing service areas, improving the quality of laboratory services, effective communication, staff development, budget support, fiscal control, interdepartmental relations and personnel management. MINIMUM REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree in medical technology or in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science Current CA State Clinical Laboratory Scientist License Three years experience as a medical technologist in a clinical laboratory As the flagship of Community Medical Centers
