If you don’t know the story, Will Smith, plays the last man on earth. Earth was wiped out due to a vampire plague and only Will Smith survives unharmed. Now the zombies and vampires are out to get him and he has a slew of awesome weapons fighting them off, and fighting off animals like bears and lions.

Well, Popular Mechanics has a team investigating the claim, for what reason, I don’t know. PM asserts, “Viruses don’t mutate and become airborne. They typically fall into a couple of different categories-respiratory, STDs and vector-borne like insects, ticks and mosquitoes. They don’t change from tick-borne to pneumonic. They just don’t do that.”

Fine, spoil sports. Next you’ll be telling us that every other Will Smith Sci-Fi isn’t possible either right? Speaking of Will smith and science fiction movies, is this guy an alien or what? He does more scifi (and poker playing) than I know what to do with.

I, Robot (2004)

Men in Black (1997)

Men in Black II (2002)

Wild Wild West (1999)

Independence Day (1996)

“The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” (1990-1996) TV
Ok, Fresh Prince is a stretch, but you know something was “alien” about DJ Jazzy Jeff. That guy was a little off.
